Our Story

From WhatsApp chaos to clarity

InteriorOS was born from the frustration of running an interior design studio in India. Like every studio owner, we lived in WhatsApp groups — chasing supervisors for daily updates, losing material photos in endless scrolls, and reconciling project costs across Excel sheets and Tally entries at month-end.

We'd lose track of vendor payments, miss client follow-ups, and discover budget overruns only when the damage was done. Every project felt like controlled chaos. We knew there had to be a better way.

So in Hyderabad, we sat down and built InteriorOS — a single platform where site operations, project finance, team management, and client communication all live together. Built by people who understand the difference between a DPR and a daily standup. Built for Indian studios, by an Indian team.
